About Me
Angela “Ann” Pittman is a lifelong southerner born and raised in the Florida panhandle. She has spent the last two decades in real estate, construction and design, specializing in new home construction and on-site sales.
Ann's career in real estate began shortly after graduating from Florida State University where she worked in nearly every aspect of the field homing in on her expertise and passion of construction and design.
Her commitment to the field was further demonstrated in 2019 when she pursued a master’s degree in civil engineering with a focus on construction management from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. That same year, Ann obtained her real estate broker’s licenses in both Florida and Georgia and founded, Southern Coastal Real Estate and Design.
In addition to her real estate accomplishments, Ann has developed a passion for designing organizational spaces. Through Closet Factory of South Carolina, she helps families in the Savannah and Low Country create functional and aesthetically pleasing environments. Ann’s extensive experience and personal touch make her an exceptional choice for all your design needs.

Custom Organization Showroom and Factory
In 2017 we relocated our factory, right down the street from where we have operated for 15 years and doubled the size of our manufacturing plant to 10,000 square feet. We encourage you to visit our factory and showroom where we showcase a variety of our custom closet organization systems, as well as Murphy beds and organizers for nearly every space in your home. Visitors may also tour our factory floor and see firsthand, how every project is custom made by one of our talented woodworkers.

We take a deep personal interest in every client, and we firmly believe in taking a hands-on approach to every project, from the initial meeting through to the installation. As the president and owner of the company, I work with our sales and production team to ensure that we continue to deliver the best possible product to our clients.
